Registrant Agreement
This Registrant Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Registrant") and Oner Hosting, a division of Onerserv (Pty) Ltd ("Provider"). By registering a domain name through the Provider, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Definitions
"Registrant" means the individual or entity registering a domain name. "Provider" means Oner Hosting, a division of Onerserv (Pty) Ltd. "Services" means the domain name registration services offered by the Provider.
2. Domain Name Registration
The Provider will submit the Registrant's domain name application to the relevant registry on behalf of the Registrant. The Provider does not guarantee successful registration or the availability of any particular domain name.
3. Fees and Payment
All fees for domain name registration services must be paid in full before the registration is processed. The Provider may adjust its fees at its discretion.
4. Term and Renewal
Domain name registrations are valid for the period selected by the Registrant at the time of registration. The Registrant will receive prior notification before a registration expires.
5. Registrant Information
The Registrant must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and promptly update that information as necessary.
6. Use of Domain Name
The Registrant agrees to use the domain name in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Suspension and Termination
The Provider may suspend or terminate a domain name registration for violations of this Agreement or applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the domain name, or from errors in the registration process.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
