Dear Valued Client,

Over the past few months, some clients experienced email delivery issues, including blocks and IP reputation challenges. We take these issues seriously and are committed to providing reliable, secure, and high-performing services.

To address these concerns, we have rebuilt our email and domain server with updated fixes and improved configurations. These improvements will help prevent future email issues and ensure your services remain smooth and dependable.


Server and Mail Details

Nameservers for Jabu.oner-dns.co.za Server:

  • khaya.ns.oner-dns.co.za

  • lwazi.ns.oner-dns.com

  • naledi.ns.oner-dns.co.za

  • zinzi.ns.oner-dns.com

Mail Client Settings:

  • Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.co.za | Port: 993 | SSL/TLS

  • Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.co.za | Port: 587 | StartTLS

Important Notes for Email Sending:

  • PHP mail() calls and other system-level scripts will no longer send emails directly; only authenticated SMTP connections will work.

  • All outgoing emails must use a valid mailbox username and password.

  • Email sending limits: 50 emails per domain/email per hour.

This ensures Plesk can track usage per subscription and apply limits, improving reliability for all clients.


Domains Reseller Portal Update

The Domains Reseller Portal has been updated:

  • Old URL: domains.onerserv.co.za

  • New URL: domains.oner.co.za

Please update your bookmarks and references to reflect this change.


Upcoming Migrations & Nameserver Updates

From 20 December 2025 to 10 January 2026, we will be conducting planned migrations and nameserver updates to transition all services to the new server infrastructure.

Key Points:

  • No expected downtime or data loss: All migrations follow a careful plan to ensure continuity.

  • Client-specific scheduling: We request that you specify the best time window for your migration to minimize any potential disruption.

  • Migration Notifications: Our support team will reach out to provide exact dates and details for your migration.
