I've been using their services for about a year now and have never encountered any major issues. There were some minor hiccups with emails not being sent to certain addresses, but their customer support was easily accessible. They assured me they would address the issue, which they promptly did. It's reassuring to know that when a problem arises, there's someone ready and capable to fix it. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and have no plans to switch.

Constantly offline thereby affecting my business. Constantly resolving DNS so my retail POS systems goes offline. Missing data that nobody cares about. Do not recommend. Not sure who wrote these other reviews but this is not my experience at all with this company.
