This Domain Reseller Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Reseller") and Oner Hosting, a division of Onerserv (Pty) Ltd ("Provider"). By reselling domain name registration services provided by us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
The Provider appoints the Reseller to act as a non-exclusive reseller of its domain name registration services. The Reseller agrees to market and sell the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The Reseller agrees to pay all applicable fees for the Services as specified by the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to change its fees at any time with prior notice to the Reseller.

This Agreement shall commence on the date of acceptance by the Reseller and continue until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately for any breach by the Reseller.
The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Services.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
