Domain Reseller Agreement
This Domain Reseller Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Reseller") and Oner Hosting, a division of Onerserv (Pty) Ltd ("Provider"). By offering domain registration services under this program, the Reseller agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
"Reseller" means the individual or entity reselling domain services. "Provider" means Oner Hosting, a division of Onerserv (Pty) Ltd. "Services" means the domain name registration services made available to the Reseller.
2. Appointment of Reseller
The Provider appoints the Reseller to act as a non-exclusive reseller of its domain name registration services. The Reseller commits to marketing and selling the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
3. Fees and Payments
The Reseller agrees to pay all applicable fees for the Services as specified by the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to adjust fees, with advance notice to the Reseller.
4. Reseller Obligations
The Reseller must comply with all applicable laws, provide accurate customer information, and ensure that its customers accept the Provider's domain registration terms.
5. Provider's Rights and Obligations
The Provider agrees to provide the Reseller with access to its domain name registration services, support the Reseller's marketing efforts, and process registrations promptly.
6. Term and Termination
This Agreement commences on the date of acceptance by the Reseller and continues until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. The Provider may terminate immediately for a breach by the Reseller.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
