Reseller Terms & Conditions
These Reseller Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Reseller") and Oner Hosting, a division of Onerserv (Pty) Ltd ("Provider").
1. Appointment
The Provider appoints the Reseller as a non-exclusive reseller of its hosting and domain registration services.
2. Reseller Responsibilities
The Reseller must act in good faith, provide accurate information, ensure customer compliance, and avoid deceptive practices. The Reseller must also maintain the confidentiality of all customer and Provider information.
3. Provider Responsibilities
The Provider commits to providing reseller access to its services, marketing support, and to processing domain name registrations and renewals in a timely manner.
4. Fees and Payments
The Reseller agrees to pay all applicable fees for the Services as specified by the Provider. The Provider may modify fees with notice.
5. Term and Termination
This Agreement commences on the date of acceptance by the Reseller and continues until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Reseller is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Provider's trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of marketing and selling the Provider's services.
7. Confidentiality
The Reseller agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Provider, including customer data, pricing, and marketing strategies.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
