These Hosting Service Terms ("Terms") govern the use of hosting services provided by Oner Hosting, a division of Onerserv (Pty) Ltd ("Provider"). By using our hosting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To access the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All fees for the Services are set forth in the Provider's pricing schedule. Payments are due in full and in advance of the service period, unless otherwise specified. The Provider reserves the right to modify its fees at any time with prior notice. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your Services.
The Provider strives to maintain a high level of service availability and performance. However, the Provider does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and repairs may cause temporary service interruptions. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to minimize such disruptions and, where possible, to provide advance notice.
While the Provider implements reasonable security measures, it is your responsibility to maintain backup copies of your content. The Provider is not responsible for any loss of data or content. You are also responsible for ensuring that your content and use of the Services comply with applicable laws and regulations.
All intellectual property rights in the Services and their contents are owned by or licensed to the Provider. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without the Provider's prior written consent. You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your content, but you grant the Provider a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary for the provision of the Services.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to the Provider. The Provider may terminate your access to the Services immediately for any breach of these Terms or any other applicable policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, and the Provider may delete your account and content.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Services.
The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. The Provider's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the six months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Provider's website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
