Hosting Service Terms
These Hosting Service Terms ("Terms") govern the use of hosting services provided by Oner Hosting, a division of Onerserv (Pty) Ltd ("Provider").
1. Definitions
"Services" means web hosting and related offerings. "User" means any individual or entity using the Services. "Content" means uploaded materials. "Account" means a User's access credentials.
2. Account Registration and Management
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials and accept responsibility for all account activity.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Uploading illegal content
- Disrupting or degrading the Services for other users
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Distributing pirated software
4. Fees and Payment
Payments are due in full and in advance of the service period, unless otherwise specified. The Provider reserves the right to modify fees and may suspend Services for non-payment.
5. Service Availability and Performance
The Provider does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions, with advance notice given where possible.
6. Data Backup and Security
It is your responsibility to maintain backup copies of your content. Users must ensure their use of the Services complies with applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
The Provider retains rights to the Services. Users retain ownership of their content and grant the Provider a license to host and store it.
8. Term and Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to the Provider. The Provider may terminate immediately for a breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No representations are made regarding operation or any included materials.
10. Limitation of Liability
Provider liability is capped at the amounts paid by the User during the preceding six months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
12. Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
