This Registrant Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Registrant") and Oner Hosting, a division of Onerserv (Pty) Ltd ("Provider"). By registering a domain name through us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
The Provider will submit the Registrant's domain name application to the relevant registry on behalf of the Registrant. The Provider does not guarantee that any particular domain name will be available or successfully registered.
All fees for domain name registration services must be paid in full before the registration is processed. The Provider reserves the right to change its fees at any time.
Domain name registrations are valid for the period selected by the Registrant at the time of registration. Registrants will be notified of renewal requirements prior to the expiration of their domain name registration.
The Registrant agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and to promptly update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
The Registrant agrees to use the domain name in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Registrant's domain name registration for any violation of this Agreement or any applicable law or regulation.
The Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the domain name or from any errors or omissions in the registration process.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
