Website Migration to Oner Hosting
Move to Oner with a plan for your website, databases, domain records and mailboxes. Ask for an assessment before cancelling your existing hosting.
Migrate to Oner1. Inventory and scope
Share your current host, control panel, website platform, storage use, database sizes and mailbox count through support. Identify scheduled jobs and third-party integrations. Get a confirmed migration scope, fee and schedule; a migration is not automatically free.
2. Back up and test
Keep independent copies of files, databases and email as applicable. Prepare the destination and test it using an approved preview method. Check forms, logins, HTTPS, images and mail delivery before changing DNS. cPanel and Plesk exports may need different handling; do not assume a backup is portable between them.
3. Cut over and monitor
Agree whether writes or orders must pause for a final sync. Update only the necessary DNS records, keep the old service available during the transition and monitor both systems. DNS caching means some visitors may still reach the old host. Verify everything before cancelling that account.
Frequently asked questions
Is website migration free?
No free migration offer is confirmed on this page. Support will assess compatibility, scope, effort and any charges before you decide to proceed.
Will there be downtime?
It depends on the application and cutover plan. A final database sync or checkout pause may be necessary. Confirm the maintenance window and rollback plan rather than assuming zero downtime.
Does this transfer my domain too?
Not automatically. A registrar transfer, website move and email migration are separate changes. Coordinate them so DNS and contact records remain available.
